Meet The Team
Ainsley Wall, LCSW
Ainsley completed her Bachelors of Science degree at University of Utah in 2010, majoring in Psychology. This same year she began working in community mental health with adults and continued this work while returning to school to complete a master’s program. Ainsley attended University of Southern California and received a Master’s of Social Work in 2014. Shortly after, she began working as a crisis therapist and gained experience working with individuals, families, schools, police departments, hospitals and the judicial system. Ainsley has worked with children, adolescents and adults and now primarily focuses on older adolescents and adults in private practice.
Ainsley enjoys working with women to help them feel empowered throughout life transitions including becoming mothers, changing careers, faith crisis and divorce. She enjoys providing tools to parents to be able to connect with their young children and reduce the shame and negative thoughts that can come with finding your own path of parenting.
Ainsley specializes in working with women who have found themselves in codependent relationships. She also has experience working with those struggling with eating disorders and perfectionism. She believes there is a strong mind/body connection and utilizes relaxation techniques, mindfulness, psychodynamic and CBT approach with her clients.
I encourage my clients to find quiet time during the day to do a meditation or journaling activity. My favorite time of the day is early morning, drinking my coffee and journaling before my daughters wake up. I enjoy finding resources for my clients that I also use in my daily life, this could range from parenting podcasts to self help books to meditation and yoga.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I have two young daughters who keep me busy on my days off work. I also enjoy working in my yard during the warmer months and I enjoy cooking and baking during colder months. I am an avid reader, I typically read two books at a time, one of which is usually a self help book because I like to be able to give clients resources I have personally enjoyed.
My Philosophy
"I believe people are capable of overcoming the challenges they face in life when they have support from a therapist who draws from their core values and strengths. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma and codependency. I've seen the enormous amount of pressure in society to be perfect, this greatly intensifies symptoms that can be improved with support. Empowering others and watching the process of awareness and recovery has been a rewarding and humbling experience."

Balance in all things is where I thrive. To achieve this balance, I engage in self-care activities that meet my needs.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, comedy, and spending time with loved ones. I am an animal lover, and my 3 dogs are the light of my life. I believe laughter is the best medicine life has to offer, so no matter who I’m with or what I’m doing, you can be sure that there will be plenty of banter to go around.
My Philosophy
"I believe that every individual has the power and strength within them to overcome hardships, rather than being defined by them. My goal is to work alongside my clients as they acknowledge and reach their full potential. Guiding them on their journey through means of empowerment, strength, dignity, and self-worth."

Self-care is an essential part of maintaining our mental health. For me, self-care looks like nourishing my body with healthy food, practicing mindfulness, and spending time outdoors to reconnect with nature. I find peace in going for walks, journaling, reading books, and listening to meaningful podcasts. I also prioritize time with my family and friends, as those connections are a vital source of support and joy.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and baking, listening to music, playing the piano, and getting lost in a good book. One of my greatest joys is spending time with my four kids. They keep me busy with their activities, but I truly love every minute of it. I treasure our time together—whether we’re on the go or winding down with one of our favorite traditions: watching movies as a family.
My Philosophy
"Working on your mental health can be challenging, and meaningful growth takes time—but the journey is worth it. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a vital part of the healing process. When you feel safe, supported, and understood, real change becomes possible. With the right support and a willingness to grow, individuals can navigate even the most difficult seasons of life. My goal is to walk alongside my clients, helping them feel empowered as they face challenges and move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being."
